Nadine est un robot social humanoïde très réaliste, modélisé à partir d’une personne réelle, la Professeure Nadia Thalmann. Depuis 2022, son logiciel basé sur l’intelligence artificielle est développé par les chercheurs du MIRALab de l’Université de Genève. La nouveauté de Nadine réside dans son intelligence sociale avancée : elle peut interagir naturellement sur presque tous les sujets, communiquer en plusieurs langues, établir un contact visuel, répondre aux salutations et se souvenir des conversations passées. L’équipe souhaite établir des partenariats avec des entreprises de robotique pour développer des logiciels d’IA de pointe et du matériel humanoïde. Nadine is a highly realistic humanoid social robot modeled on a real person, Professor Nadia Thalmann. Since 2022, her AI-based software has been developed by researchers at MIRALab, University of Geneva. Nadine’s novelty lies in her advanced social intelligence: she can interact naturally on virtually any topic, communicate in several languages, maintain eye contact, respond to greetings, and remember past conversations.
