Technical description

Self-collimation concept to overcome gamma camera limitations. The system uses spatially-distributed detector elements as collimators and detectors. It has high resolution, high efficiency and organ-sized/full-body FOV.

Simplified description

We designed a new imaging system to improve gamma cameras. This setup uses detector elements that act both as collimators and detectors, resulting in clearer images, better efficiency, and can scan large areas or full bodies.
