- Baloon flying at a specific pressure altitude with the amount of helium put intoit. An inner bag can be pumped full of outside air to cause the balloon heavier and sink, and be discharged to make the balloon rise again.

- A balloon's altitude is controlled by how much helium it contains. To make the balloon go down, an inner bag is filled with outside air to increase its weight. To make it rise again, the air is released.
