Technical description
sCDCP1 as a robust biomarker for NASH (the most common chronic liver disease) and development of an ultrasensitive sCDCP1 assay for noninvasive diagnosis of NASH, and a sCDCP1 siRNA nanodrug for treatment of NASH with excellent efficacy.
Simplified description
We've identified sCDCP1 as an important marker for diagnosing NASH, a common liver disease. We've also created a highly sensitive test to detect it and a new siRNA-based treatment that shows great promise.
